I Remembered
I am mindful that these families, like yours and mine, are already scared and anxious. But they now have to welcome home a loved one whose job or duty exposes them to a higher risk of being infected with the virus. They return tired, stressed, anxious, still scared and concern about being safe and healthy in their own homes. Still, they fight on.

Either way, there is no way to un-live the experience of being quarantined or un-learn lessons.But I believe it is wise and healthy to reflect on experiencing Life as it “is”. Now, is as good a time as any.
