Being a Mindfulness practitioner…, and before I open with the quote of this day, I invite you to join me in a mindfulness affirmation… Ready…. First…, take a deep breath with me…. That felt good, right? Now…, repeat after me…, It is Now O’ Clock…. I am… I am here … I am here now… I am open to be inspired.
Now…, let’s take another deep breath.
Of course…, you can affirm your mindfulness and do the breathing exercise on your own or with someone else, and I strongly recommend you do. Make it at least a twice daily routine. But if you also want to do it with me…, let’s do it.
I believe this mindfulness affirmation will help tune your sense of presence…, your mindful sense of presence in the only occasion that matters in your life…Now.

So…, what happens when we make our dream come true?
Today’s quote is titled: A BETTER YOU
All in all…, Life is about “Being” and becoming a better “You” …, living a better Life…, a happier Life…, Being a better You…, unquote.
We all either want to, or need to improve on something, or some things in our lives. We would like to be more mindful about our own being in the now…. We would like to be more grateful and kind…. We would like to do our part in making the world a better place to live.
Well…, I am not here to tell you how to go about doing these things. Just do them your way… You know the difference between positive and negative…, right and wrong. The idea is to be a better human, right?
We would like to eat better…, less carbs…, less sugary drinks…, less alcohol…, more fruits…, more vegetables…, more proteins…, more exercise…, more and better sleep. Whichever or however you do any of these…, again…, do them your way. The idea is to be healthier, right?
I don’t know about you…, but I have found that people who are grateful, kind, and healthy, are usually happier people…. Not necessarily happier than you or me…, but happier than they were before, and that is all that matters.
They are the kind of humans that make the world a better place to live in. Imagine the world being a better place to live in. Let’s do or add to our part.
There is no such thing as too much happiness, gratitude, or kindness in the world. Enough is only good enough for now. The future gets better with more.
One other thing about better humans…, At any moment…, in any Now…, they are mindful of who they are…. They live it…. They feel it. You can tell.
